Social impact

Part of our mission at Domina by Michelle is to support youth and female empowerment the best way we can. We do this by contributing 2% of our Net profit to The DBM initiative.

THE DBM INITIATIVE
 
A project designed to empower the Nigerian youth through skill acquisition. We  aim to also improve the craftsmanship of already practicing artisans, while orientating them on the importance of excellent work, and job commitment in their lives, businesses and workplaces.
We intend to increase the number of highly skilled artisans to better serve the Nigerian fashion industry, further promote local content, and increase global recognition of African brands.
 
GOAL
 
Train 1000 artisans by December 2030
Skills: Tailoring, Beading, Fabric dyeing, fabric weaving, shoe making
