SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

After an order is placed, you would receive a confirmation message, this indicates the item is in stock, and would be prepared for delivery. Next up, you would receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number in your mail, showing that your order has sent sent out via our logistics partner, and is on it’s way to you.
On the day of delivery, you would receive a message , to expect your parcel.
Once an order is processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed 24-48 hours after purchase.
Please take note of our Size guide, to avoid placing an order in the wrong size.
Premium Pieces are made on pre-order basis, Delivery takes 5-9 working days within Nigeria, and 5-10 working days for international orders, after order confirmation. Orders are confirmed and processed within 24-48 hours.
During sales, due to the volume of orders, Delivery may take a bit longer, maximum of 5 extra working days.
We take pride in the quality of our goods and services and desire that our customers are satisfied with their order. Before every package leaves our facility, it is carefully checked by our quality control team, If you receive an item with defects, notify our Customer Service team immediately via firstname.lastname@example.org, to enable us rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Our return policy lasts 10 days after delivery, if items aren’t received at our warehouse within 10 days after delivery, items would be disqualified, and sent back to customer’s address. Kindly contact our team if your order has been sent out but yet to be received by us.
In the case of an exchange, new order should match the price of returned item. If a wrong item is delivered, you may request for an exchange. An exchange would be made once order is returned and approved.
Custom or Made to Measure orders do not qualify for Returns and Exchange. Custom or made to measure orders are orders made in customers stated measurements.
Shipping fees are non refundable, Except in cases where Faulty goods were Delivered, proof would be required in this instance. Goods are classified as defective if they are received damaged . Please note that Domina by Michelle would not take liability of goods damaged as a result of wear and tear, or failure to correctly follow care instructions.

Ensure you use same email or phone number used in placing your order. Place new and unused items in it’s original package. Please do not BOX items, This can cause serious delays and may incur extra charges in duties.
Refunds are made 4-7 days after your order is received, inspected and approved.
All SALE items, custom orders and Gift cards are FINAL SALE which means there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all Discounted items. We are happy to issue a store credit, exchange or refund for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original packaging, tags and gifts attached.
Damaged, soiled , worn, washed, perfumed or altered returns won’t be acknowledged, and would be refused and returned to the shipper’s address.
Customs and Duties Charges
Sometimes international shipments (outside Nigeria) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. DBM has no control over these charges as they vary depending on the country. Though charges are the customer’s responsibility, We would try to avert these duty fees the best way we can.
