WHERE ARE YOU BASED, AND DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are proudly based in Nigeria, where each piece is lovingly crafted. Yes, we offer worldwide shipping and are honoured to share our designs with DBM Women across the globe.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Shipping is complimentary for orders above $400.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR DUTIES?

 International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival, as determined by your country’s import regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance.

Do you accept foreign currencIES?

Apart from Naira, we also accept payment in dollars and euros, choose Paystack payment at checkout to pay with your card, or using Apple pay.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery takes  5-15 working days.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We use DHL for international Deliveries.

WILL MY ORDER COME IN A GIFT BOX OR BRANDED ENVELOPE?

All garments are wrapped in our signature premium tissue. Due to the high cost of international volumetric shipping, orders containing multiple pieces may be packed in a mailer box instead of our gift box or envelope. If you’d love the full Domina unboxing experience, you may choose to order a gift packaging via our Product Packaging Page.

DO YOU OFFER ECO CONSCIOUS PACKAGING? 

Yes. We are deeply committed to sustainability. Your order may arrive in consolidated packaging to reduce waste and our carbon footprint. Each piece is still presented with elegance and care.

WHEN DO BACK ORDERS SHIP?

Back orders are orders on items not in stock, but would be restocked in the nearest future. Back orders are usually  shipped within 4-6 weeks

I haven’t received my order and it’s passed THE delivery time frame ?

You might sometimes, experience a slight delay in delivery from our logistics partner, not to worry, give it an extra 1-3 days, your order will definitely be delivered. You can as well track your your parcel with the tracking number and link provided in your email.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes or need personalised advice, our customer care team is happy to assist.

Can I customize my order TO MY SIZE?

Yes, you can, we offer minimal alterations, include your measurement in the checkout note. Customized pieces can’t be returned.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

We want our customers to love and appreciate our products, but if you do need to return an order, we would gladly oblige. For returns/exchanges please email us at customer@dominabymichelle.com. It’s important to note that refunds are given only in store credit.

CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We accept exchanges on eligible items within 10 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. See our Shipping and Return policy for more information.

I RECEIVED A WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

We sincerely apologise for any oversight. Please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right promptly.

 

How long before I get a refund IN STORE CREDIT?

We only offer refunds in Store credit, You will receive a coupon amount equivalent to returned order within 4-7 working days, after  item(s) is received and inspected, and approved by our team. Notify us by filling out the return form, before proceeding to send back your order.

Where is your store located?

We operate online, and do not have a physical store at the moment, however, you can checkout select pieces at any of our listed Stockist.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about an order, contact us within 24 hours. Please note, we are unable to cancel orders that have exceeded a timeline of 24 hours.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

An order may be cancelled if the item(s) are no longer available. You can contact our team for further clarification.

I AM UNSATISFIED WITH MY ORDER

We strive to provide you with maximum satisfaction, however, if at any point you are not happy with your order,  kindly contact us via email, or call us on +2348094020536, and be rest assured we will come to a resolution.

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE?


Absolutely. Simply leave your message in the notes section at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten card with your order.
