Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, this signals that your piece(s) is being prepared with care.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Within Nigeria: 5–10 working days
    • International: 5–15 working days
  • As most of our pieces are made to order, this timeline allows us to deliver exceptional craftsmanship.

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment confirmation email with your tracking details
  • A delivery notification on the day your order arrives

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed & shipped
  • During sale periods, delivery may take up to 7 additional working days

Quality Assurance

Every Domina piece undergoes a meticulous quality check before leaving our atelier.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in pristine condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and gifts must be intact

Returns received after 10 days will be declined and sent back to the customer.

Complimentary Returns

We offer  complimentary returns only when we fall short.

This applies if you receive:

  • A wrong item
  • An incorrect size (sent by us)
  • A damaged product

All claims are subject to internal review before approval.


Refunds & Store Credit

At Domina by Michelle, we offer refunds exclusively as store credit.

  • Store credit is issued once your return is:
    • Received
    • Inspected
    • Approved
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Your store credit can be used anytime on our website.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Instead:

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit
  • You may use this to place a new order

Note, If you ordered the wrong size:

  • You are responsible for:
    • Return shipping
    • New shipping fee for replacement

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, inclusive of complimentary return :

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-measure pieces
  • Gift cards

Also, Items showing signs of:

  • Wear
  • Damage not caused by us
  • Washing, perfume, or alteration

Will be declined and returned.


International Orders: Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur custom duties and taxes, determined by your country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates

While we try our best to minimize these charges, they are mostly  beyond our control.


Refused Deliveries

We strongly advise against refusing deliveries.

If a package is refused:

Unclaimed packages may be classified as abandoned & destroyed by the courier services, making them ineligible for a refund in store credit.
